Information about the 3D Model

IMPORTANT NOTE: The original model is all united, we had to separate it into two parts with Meshmixer (The hat and the bust) and create a third part which is called “Junction”. This in order to make the model easier to print

  • 3D Printer: Creality Ender 3
  • Nozzle: 0.4
  • Layer Height: 0.1
  • Superior solid layers: 7
  • Inferior solid layers: 6
  • Perimeters: 3
  • Filament: PLA
  • Bed temperature: 70°C (158°F) until layer # 10, then 60°C (140°F) the rest of the print
  • Extruder temperature: 190
  • Layer fan speed %: Off in the first layer, then 100% the rest of the print
  • Printing speed: 3000mm/min
  • Scale (%): 220%

Parameters for the bust

  • Infill:  Fast Honeycomb 5% and Fast Honeycomb 20%
  • Support: Yes
  • Additions: Custom
  • Build time: 24 hours 10 minutes
  • Filament length: 46237.5 mm
  • Plastic weight: 139.02 g (0.31 lb)

  • Infill: Fast Honeycomb 5%
